How do I place an order?
Every product page has an “Add to Cart” button. Click on this to add the item into our shopping cart and then click on “Checkout”.
How are your products packed for shipment?
There are no mention of the lingerie products in the outer part of the parcel.
Is the Credit Card payment portal secure?
Yes. Our site is a secure site and you can view our Server Security Certificate where we guarantee that communications between your site’s browser and our server is private and secure.
Return or Exchange
Our policy lasts 7 days return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the original packaging with tags. We do not do returns for refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
How do I return the item?
To return your product, you will be given a return address . All return shipping fees due to sizing issues will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item via a non-trackable shipping service.

Do we ship to other countries?
Unfortunately, we only ship within Singapore.
